Varnish

The two possibilities are a machine varnish, or a UV matt or gloss varnish done internally on a Steinemann machine, during the printing stage, just before finishing, with no loss of time.

Square spine glue binding

The KOLOBUS ZU840 allows work in all formats and puts out 8,000 pieces an hour. It is equipped with 12 feeders (12 sheets), with a block feeder for preassembly, with an optical control system that signals sheet inversions and all anomalies, and a thickness control system to avoid too many or too few sheets. The line ends with a stacker and film wrapping of packages.

Stitched spine binding

The two PRIMA AMRYS also have an optical control system and a skew control. The first PRIMA AMRYS is equipped with a fold feeder and 8 feeders. Plating is regulated electronically, with the ability to memorize the working dimensions. The second PRIMA AMRYS PLUS plates automatically using a JDF file. It is equipped with double trimming and consists of a fold feeder and 4 feeders.

Film wrapping

With the individual wrapping line for polyethylene or (crystal) polypropylene (recyclable, biodegradable upon request), we can include bonus products, inserts, CDs, DVDs and reinforcements.
