Always with a view toward transparency and efficiency, we have adapted our production software to provide clients with better information on the progress of their orders. Thus, those clients who provide their own paper also have online access to the status of their stock.

In addition, our expediting service - which operates from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. - is always accessible on the web. Moreover, our subsidiary Artois Routage can handle subscriber services and ensure postal drop-off.

Track your shipments online

Shipment planning is now at our clients’ fingertips through our Internet site, which contains an online list of their orders and complete history. Changes in a plan are indicated, as well as the anticipated and actual date and time of pick-up. As soon as the order is picked up, a message appears on our clients’ screen and shows the time when the merchandise left our plants.

Thanks to a close partnership with regional and national shippers, orders are picked up round the clock. Thus, on average, 2,100 pallets are dispatched each month.

Delivery

This is a very important stage. For us, D Day always means Delivery Day. All planning is a countdown to D Day.

Paper inventory

At Ruitz, it’s 2,100 m²; and at Arras, more than 1,150 m². In total, that makes more than 3,250 m2 devoted to paper inventory.
